Opportunity Introduction

Based on the information gathered during career consultation, from among the hundreds of opportunities we manage,
we will propose opportunities that fit the candidate.
We may also introduce exclusive confidential opportunities available only through our firm.

STEP 04

Selection Preparation

Taking into account the company’s characteristics, we provide thorough preparation to maximize communication of the candidate’s strengths.
We repeatedly refine application documents, prepare for web tests,
conduct interview preparation and case study preparation, so you can approach the selection process with confidence.

STEP 05

Interview

After the interview, we share feedback from the company and prepare for the next selection stage.
If necessary, we may also provide additional preparation support.

STEP 06

Offer Negotiation

After an offer is extended, we negotiate matters such as salary and start date that may be difficult for candidates to communicate to companies.
It is not uncommon for conditions to change significantly through negotiation, and we adjust conditions
to a level that both candidates and companies can accept. Additionally, depending on the situation, at this timing we may also
provide advice on the candidate’s resignation.

Post-Joining Follow-up

“Career” is not something that ends with a single career transition, but continues after the transition. We will continue to support
