EPIC PARTNERS’ M&A Services ― Value-Creating Advisory Bridging Management and Investment
EPIC PARTNERS provides unique M&A advisory services that integrate our executive search-cultivated network of management talent with extensive industry expertise.
Our philosophy is “value-creating M&A” that comprehensively supports corporate growth strategies, business succession, and capital policies—going beyond mere “buy-sell brokerage.”
Our strengths lie in our direct access to executive-level networks and our deep integration support (PMI) that delves into personnel and organizational aspects. We prioritize integration centered on human factors—such as “management continuity,” “cultural affinity,” and “securing next-generation leadership”—rather than purely financial matching. Therefore, for both acquisition and divestiture needs, we derive optimal solutions from our multi-layered network encompassing executives, investors, and CxO candidates.
We also focus on supporting the growth of startups and regional companies, as well as succession-type M&A.
Through collaboration with investment funds, listed companies, and specialized professionals, we design flexible and highly executable schemes.
We handle cross-border deals both domestically and internationally, creating global investment opportunities through overseas offices and alliance partners.
We view M&A not as the “end point for companies,”
but as the “starting point for new growth.” As a partner who collaborates to solve management challenges and create the next wave of value, EPIC PARTNERS designs the future of companies together.

Our company designs flexible fee structures based on the project’s content and objectives, while maintaining a “success-based fee” model as our foundation.
